Their customer service and advertising and promoting departments are like any other Chinese company. Pinch every last tenth of a cent. Makes for bad business. Never had issues with their ts series lights. Have 3 ts 1000 and 1 tsl 2000. Personally I like to try their fc and sp lines. Just hate dealing with their agents. Quality of lights has been great over a year. Quality of managers and people is very low, sneaky,and cheap. Drop the bs and could be a massive player in led light market.
Ordered a light with them via amazon (UK).. Order got cancelled.
Ordered with them via ebay (UK).. They said the item was posted and 10 days later they cancelled it saying that their courier don't deliver to Channel Islands (UK).
Then I ordered on their website, emailed them and put a note on the order saying that I could pay extra for shipping.. Took them 2 weeks to say that I'd have to pay 100USD for shipping from China, even tho they have a warehouse in the UK.
Really bad costumer service, don't reply to emails.. Felt ignored. Really unprofessional.

The fan in the grow tent kit (just over a week of use) caught on fire and melted if it wasn’t for my dog the house would have caught on fire. Have heard nothing from the company?

Used to be a great store for my webshop. Unfortunately they do no longer respond. Maybe due to ´Covid´. I don´t know. Great alternatives fortunately! Some even cheaper... So moving on.
I ordered a TS1000 from marshydro UK.
It arrived well packaged in 48 hours with free tracked shipping this morning.

We ordered the ts1000 tent kit on 24th Jan 2021 its still not arrived nor have we had a tracking number but at least we keep getting emails and being told that there's been an in flux of orders and that our order is still being processed W.T.F mars 15 business days later no tracking number you just take our money and do nothing...
I should have Just spent the extra $80CAD and got from amazon.. or just gone with spider farmer....
I would like to thank the customer service of Mars Hydro for recommending the most suitable led for me. This is my first time to shop online, I think I will abandon the store near my home in the future, their price is too high. Mars Hydro offers the best price

Mars hydro baddest lights they give everyone free cheap barbeque bucket to make them walking advertisements over social media. Quality is bad! do not spend money
I bought two of the TS1000 lights direct from their website and everything was bang on from I hit the confirm order button, tracking details all the way and only took a week to arrive.
Packaging was excellent and everything needed to hang up the lights was in the box.
The TS1000 lights that I bought can also be daisy chained to control from one on/off button and dimmer button.
Well happy with the quality of these lights and can't fault the shopping/buying experience.
